Cabernet Franc brings bright red fruit and savoury notes, Cabernet Sauvignon adds dark fruit, earth and structure, and Merlot wraps everything up with a smooth, dark plum generosity. The complete wine shows black currant, blackberry, plum, cassis, vanilla and cloves.
