7% Cab. Franc
2% Cab. Sauv.
Over the past 25 years, we’ve experimented with oak. A lot. And what we discovered is full-bodied red wines need at least 20 months in barrel to age properly – a decision that sits well with our palates and less well with our accountant. Cost based winemaking demands turning around your barrels in 12-month cycles. Fortunately, we’re not aging wine for our accountant’s pleasure, but for yours. All our winemaking decisions get the same attention to detail as the Merlot does. And the results show in every bottle. On that, you have our word.
A Not-So-Little, Little Thing
From a very warm vintage, all the very ripe fruit in this wine comes from the southern Okanagan around Osoyoos.
