The Terroir Collection showcases the Okanagan Valley’s unique microclimates and diversity. The top 3% of all of Mission Hill’s estate fruit is hand-selected for these wines by the winemaker and each individual lot is carefully tasted throughout the winemaking process to ensure its quality level before the final blend. Because of this extra care, each offering is very limited with only a small amount of select barrels handcrafted.
Jagged Rock Vineyard, surrounded by steep rocky cliffs at 1,400 feet elevation, is a remarkable spot. The sparse, sun scorched soils and heat reflecting off the cliffs provides an ideal viticultural environment. Each area of the vineyard has its own unique growing condition, allowing the winemakers to choose specific blocks to get the most out of the Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon used to create this refreshing wine.
